Binky Likes Wet Cement

Another gem of spontaneity. This one's near Thebby Oval. Who is binky? Really highlights the lighter side of your average suburban ConGraffer. The two shoe prints (Vans, I think) are the cherry on the sundae. Cheers to Binky.
